长期从事生物医学建模多组学大数据分析人工智能深度学习等研究,在细胞信号网络、单细胞多组学分析、蛋白质质谱分析、健康医疗大数据、癌细胞动力学建模等方面取得了一系列有重要学术价值的研究成果。
在PRL, Nat Cell Biol, Nat Commun,PNAS, Protein Cell 等刊物上共发表论文220多篇。
2007年回国后主持20项基金,包括国家杰出青年基金、1项科技部脑科学重大子项目、1项国家重大子项目,5项国家基金委基金,1项美国NIH基金子项目。申请发明专利20多项。
